After reviewing the wide selection of lasers on the market, we decided that this was the machine that best represented the needs of our current customers but additionally offered us opportunities in different industries. This allows us to help even more businesses with their laser-cutting needs.
We’ve worked hard to streamline the shop floor to incorporate the new laser and improve efficiency and productivity across our entire proposition and are now ready to go!

So, why is this important to our customers? Investing in new technology helps us to expand on our array of cutting capabilities that now includes the cutting of reflective materials such as;
- aluminium tube
- brass tube
- copper tube
Moreover, it makes us more competitive on smaller section sizes by now having two on-site tube laser machines. This has enabled us to increase our capacity, leading to quicker leadtimes.

The Fiber ByTube Star 130 boasts a number of cool features, such as ‘Quick Cut Performance Mode’, and ‘Seam Detection’, which ensure that parts are cut not only incredibly quickly but to the highest standard.
These work in tandem with the ‘Laserscan’ and ‘Active Tube Support’ functions which work to actually compensate for any minor material imperfections, maintaining cutting precision without impacting the cutting speed.
